Personal Trainer Alex – MPH Photography – Toronto
I would like to introduce you all to my new personal trainer!!! Alex!
Actually I was just suppose to do a session for Alex, but I was so impressed with her even before we met for the shoot that I asked her to be my personal trainer and she accepted. I can’t tell you how thrilled and excited I am and how ready I am for change, I need to get healthy for my kids and for myself.
But for now, let’s talk about Alex. Not only is she stunning but she’s also very inspirational and I’m in awe of her diligence and all her hard work. As you can tell from the pics, the girl is ripped and just looking at her made me want to suck in my tummy and start kick boxing things,lol. She’s definitely motivational!
We hit the beach for our session and I was snap happy and couldn’t stop taking pics of this beautiful woman. This is why this is a big sneak peek, so enjoy, there may be another post of Alex later, as I have many more images that I would love to show you.
Thanks Alex, you were a wonderful model, and I really can’t wait to start my training with you, see you Monday!
I may just have to add a few more as 15 just doesn’t seem enough,lol.

Thank you my dear for making this shoot an easy and FUN time! Truthfully I usually don’t like getting my picture taken unless I’m being a goofball!
These images are stunning (not bragging – just in awe of your talent), and I’m just SO happy with how they turned out.
I can’t wait to turn the lens on YOU soon! That’s right girl, when I’m done with you, you know that it’s a must! Your new journey starts Monday alright, so I will take all the compliments you have for me now since I know the names you’re gonna want to call me later lol!
