I had many shots that I love from this session, and just adore this little girl, she’s my little muse and I get all excited when her mom calls me up to schedule a shoot, but I think this one image is the perfect shot of having fun, don’t you agree? I used to love the swings as a little girl, and when I saw her smile like this, it took me right back to the days when I was little enough to fit on one of those swings and it was summer time and not a care in the world, oh to be young again.

It was beautiful but a wee bit chilly out yesterday but it was perfect weather to go to the beach. We have a few of them to choose from here so we are fortunate, although the water is too cold to swim in, its still a great place to go and have fun and of course to do a photo shoot at.

I have a very good friend who comes back every year to do shots of her young son and daughter. I always look forward to these shoots, as the kids are not only adorable and cute but so loving and sweet too. We had alot of fun and they were so awesome, its always a pleasure to shoot them.

Here are a few sneak peeks from our day out.

I always loved to paint, and draw and didn’t think I could really do that on the computer but low and behold you can do just about anything on the computer now,lol. So, I tried my hand at painting a couple of images, one of my best friend Stella and seriously i couldn’t ask for a better best friend. We laugh together, we cry together, we go out and eat and shop together, we have gone on trips together and have another one planned for November as well, when we go to Mexico to attend my other good friends’ wedding. I don’t know what I did to deserve such an awesome friend, but I thank God that He blessed me with her and I look forward to growing old and sitting on the porch and chit chatting with her about our crazy youthful days. The other image is my beautiful sweet and charming little boy, another awesome blessing. I can’t thank God enough for him either, he brightens my day, he makes me smile, he cuddles with me and helps me and is the most considerate child. Thoughtful and kind and everyone just loves him, as do I.  I thank God for my sweet wonderful boys everyday.

Ok, enough sappiness, and God knows it oozes out of me so I have to force myself to stop,lol. So here are my first two digital paintings.
