Cooking

I love to cook, when I have the time that is,lol. I hardly ever photograph what I cook but I think I may start as I’ve been doing some product photography lately. Below are a 3 collages of desserts that I’ve made lately. Candy apples were for my lil boy’s 6th birthday and he loves them so I had to make them, a little soft, didn’t cook it enough, its hard to gage when the cracking stage is but I know it takes a long time,lol. They were still quite good though. Then I made an old family recipe, it was my first try, its a greek dessert called pastaflora, simple recipe with a soft crust and jam on top, but I must admit my mom makes this better than I do, guess practice makes perfect, so I need to make this a few more times to get it right. Lastly, I made some crepes, love making crepes, always make them a bit too thick but they are still edible,lol. I usually fill them with strawberries or blueberries or any sort of jam, there’s just so much you can do with crepes. Definitely one of my fave foods. Enjoy the pics and then go have some fun and cook something yummy.

    Beautiful blog! & oh my gosh, that makes me want some caramel apples really bad! I’m not a ‘crust’ person but I love jam! & I have no idea what crepes are but they look yummy, and I like the little plate direction with the sauces or whatever it is!
